Electrophoresis in agarose gel
1.making the gel
TBE adequate volume
+agarose(for electrophoresis) desired amount
→ melt the agarose in microwave oven for several minutes (ca. 3min)
→ add 0.5mg/ml ethidium bromide
→ pour agarose into the gel apparatus
→ insert the comb
2.loading and running
Sample+1/10 volume of sample loading buffer
→ remove the comb and loading the sample
→ running
! nucleotides miglate toward +lead

1.500bp～1kbp位の長さのものを見るときは0.5～0.7％のゲル濃度。長いものは固い （濃い）濃度のゲルにする。
2.ethidium bromideは強力な発癌物質なので取扱に注意する。
